Buying a Mobile or Manufactured home in any privately owned community (such as Mission Del Magnolia Park, LLC in Santee, CA) is simply, suicide. I WAS an ideal tenant, and homeowner within the all ages community of Mission Del Magnolia for many, many years. My humble family lived here, raised kids, for almost 20yrs. All it took was ONE late monthly rent payment! To end all of that. No mercy shown, we were denied our right to sell our home on the lot, & ultimately, they stole home equity, over $45,000 from us! A malicious manager, Rachel, bought our home at an unlawful auction for only $8,000!! We are currently trying to raise funds for legal representation in what is sure to be an expensive, lengthy civil litigation. We are now homeless. The management discrimination is criminal! The park has NO HOA, so the homeowners have no voice or way to fight the evil within. Sorry to any sellers, I'm just being honest. I wouldn't want my enemy to suffer what these people put my family through!
